His age and experience makes Henrik Schwarz a veteran of German deep house scene, nonetheless his musical pursuit reaches far beyond one genre. Schwarz is bold in his experiments with electronic music and jazz. He got involved with his love - djing in the early 90s. He’s been also into producing music for couple of years now.

Henrik Schwarz is on of the firts Djs who left gramophone behind and turned to laptop, which in his case turned to his account. His DJ sets are commonly described as 'magical' and closer to live music than mechanic tunes.

In his quest he went even further and fixed together with Dixon and Ame 'The Grandfather Paradox: A Journey Through 50 Years of Minimalistic Music'. It’s a cross-sectional music journey presenting similarities between modern minimal techno sounds and classic achievements of minimal electronic artists. Apart from that his music is released on highly evaluated Sonar Kollektiv label, and among his huge fans are Jazzanova and Gilles Peterson.

At Boogie Brain Festival Henrik Schwarz will perform live act.
