Scuba aka SCB aka Paul Rose is a Brit living in Berlin, who infects German stage with UK bass during the cyclic ‘Sub:Stance parties’. He’s a head of Hotflush, which promotes such fames as Benga, Shackelton and Joy Orbison. He’s also very active as a dj and producer, his ingenious projects immediately become the canon of modern electronic music. The essence of Scuba’s style could be described as a fat and heavy mixture of Surgeon, Digital Mystikz and Shackelton tunes – a unique fusion of UK bass and atmospheric dub techno. As SCB he uses some influences of techno and techhouse in his sets.
